1. General Terms & Conditions

Betmarket (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Betmarket and the registered user ("you").

By using the Betmarket platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have provided accurate personal information, and that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

• Betmarket should be used for entertainment purposes only.
• It is your responsibility to ensure there are no legal restrictions on your use of the platform.
• Each person may only operate one account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Betmarket, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification.
• One Account: Each person is allowed to open one account only. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information at registration. Providing false or misleading details will result in account closure.
• Password Security: Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.

KYC Verification

Betmarket may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. This process may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Betmarket:

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly
• Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Processing time: typically 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if suspicious activity is detected

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betmarket offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses come with a Wagering Requirement. You must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus, one use: Each bonus offer can only be used once per account.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and balances.

Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement and is valid for 30 days. The wagering requirement is met by placing bets on Sports Betting at minimum odds of 1.5.

5. Betting Rules

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on Betmarket:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled or postponed.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Betmarket reserves the right to void that bet.
• Betting based on match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns will be subject to verification.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If an event is delayed by more than 48 hours beyond its scheduled time, the bet will be considered void. For partially completed events, Betmarket's decision is final.

6. Responsible Gaming

Betmarket believes in responsible gaming. We want every user to treat betting as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you can temporarily or permanently close your account.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may take a cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: You will receive regular reminders about your time spent playing and the amounts you've wagered.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Betmarket may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Multiple Accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Unusual or suspicious betting activity
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Breach of these Terms

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses), unless evidence of fraud has been found.

9. Dispute Resolution

2. Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
3. For complex disputes, we aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
4. Betmarket's decision is final and binding.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Betmarket reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, users will be notified by email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
